Girish is a strategic thinker, connector and financial architect with a focus on industry disruptors. A technocrate ,investor and entrepreneur for over 20 years, Girish has diverse experiance in Wealth Management, Equity, Real Estate and Product Managent field. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Exetel Capital -a private equity firm that especialies in resiential & commercial real estate, eductaion and healthcare sectors. Girish holds a Bechalor of Engineering degree from India and Business Degree MBA - Finance and Strategy from Sauder School of Business Canada.Girish is Certified mortgage broker and debt advsior.Also,he is Adjunct professor at Conestoga College , Ontario where he teaches Business courses. He is President of Gurjar International Association (GIA : www.gurjarworld.org) a non- profit organization that focus on community work in North America.
Director - Finance
Amit has diverse work experience in the operations and finance industry. Amit started his career as a marine engineer and worked in the shipping industry with major shipping companies for 10 years and gained rich experience in operations . He worked with A.P.Moller –Maersk, Mitsui and OMI corp. Amit holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Sauder School of Business and worked with investments firm, hedge fund, freight forwarding and metal recycling company in finance and corporate development role. Amit has expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning and conducting a feasibility analysis.
